  Was down to 50 percent today. Spoke with the owner, he said he would only refill at 20 percent. I was very concerned as we heat with gas. He also said that if I don't like this he could send some one to pick up his tank and that "l don't give a sh...t", his words. He also said he would be in church Sunday. I wonder why??!!
